Malin is the first MVP with a main focus of Talent (now D365 Human Resources). She started as a CRM user, and have worked with CRM since 2009. She started with ClickDimensions in 2014 when she became a consultant. In March 2018 she started working with D365 Talent (now HR) and provide content with her blog. She is also a major advocate for females in tech and run the Norwegian group Women in Dynamics.
